Registration, Immunizations, and School Application
At St. Stephens Indian School, we are always happy to welcome new faces! Whether you are transferring to our school or have a kindergartner ready to begin school, you will need to stop by our office to complete the registration process.
When you are ready to enroll your child, please bring the following documents with you:
- Proof of your child’s date of birth (birth certificate, physician’s records, passport/visa, or previous school records)
- Your child’s up to date immunization records
- Proof of guardianship
- Transcripts from previous school (if transferring)
- Tribal Affiliation

We believe that healthy children are better learners and are more apt to succeed. As a result, we maintain a policy that promotes optimal health by complying with the guidelines set by the state of Wyoming regarding the administration of medication and immunizations.
We will not enroll students at any of our schools without evidence of immunization or a properly documented exemption, so please remember to bring your child’s immunization records with you when you enroll.
If you are considering joining our school, please take a moment to fill out our school application. Please return completed applications to the School Registrar, (either at the high school office or ).
